Blogs and things

I stumbled across a blog this weekend that had pictures of my family on it!!! They also had information about our adoption and had wisely noticed how cute our little Daniel is. I was so excited to see someone I didn't even know advocating about our adoption. So I decided to read through her blog. Impressive to say the least. This person had listing after listing or families adopting and orphans needing homes. She encouraged people to help and even was helping with an online fundraiser. This is someone with an obvious heart and passion for orphans.. If you're reading this blog you probably have some of that passion yourself. Not so shocking ....except....this person is a young teenage girl.

I'm blessed to know quite a few teens with a passion to make a difference. To glorify Christ with their lives. Still, it always excites me to find another young person living out :

1 Timothy 4:12
Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

So I'm sure you want to hop on over to this young ladies blog and see what she is doing. However, before I give you her blog address I have to tell you about another blog.

I read lots of blogs...probably too many. But there is a blog I read every day. No matter how tired or busy I am. Why? Because it makes me smile. Sometimes it makes me laugh...alot. So for the price of checking my blog today I'm going to share with you two fabulous blog links. Is today a blessed day for you or what? Oh, and I'm not going to tell you which blog is which....I"m sure if you follow the links you'll figure it out.

  3. Olivia!! Who is your baby girl??? We just started so we are in the beginning our homestudy part. Where are you? Do you have a blog? I'm hoping we do get to travel at the same time as someone going to the same orphanage.
