Sadness with beauty

A local adoptive family lost their precious little girl today. She had been with them for a little over a year. It was totally unexpected and or course heartbreaking. I cannot begin to understand how hard this is for a parent and I don't mean in any way to make light of it. So I hope I say this right. In the midst of such sorrow I see something beautiful. This little girl was no longer an orphan. She had a mom and a dad and a family that loved her and will miss her until they are reunited with her eternally. Anything else I say will come out wrong so I want to be careful speaking of things I haven't experienced. Things like this make us hug our children tighter. Make us more thankful for what we have and hopefully will also help us remember those who have noone to grieve for them. Please pray for this family.
