Homestudy in the mail!!!

I got it today...in the mail just waiting for me. We are so close. Because of other things happening in Ukraine it may not mean much and we may still have to wait but we don't know that for sure so....we are pushing forward. One more step done!!!

So what is left? We have to get our fingerprint appt and a redo on police checks due to sloppy notarization (I could go on and on about people who do their jobs like they don't care) and then our appostiles....all of these happen on the same day...when we drive to Des Moines. So when we get our appt and have this paper day then it is truly nothing but waiting.

First we wait for our gov't to approve us. Then we wait for Ukraine to give us a travel date and then.....be still my heart... it is off to meet our son!!!!! I won't be traveling but Jim will and I can't wait to hear all about Judah!!!! One day I am going to hug that little guy like their is no tomorrow.
And now we are one step closer :)
