Roller coaster

So what is happening with our adoption? Good question. I can't even answer that for sure. First the paperwork all had to change. Then it had to change again. Now it is on hold since we don't have a definite release of what is needed. But unofficially people that are already submitted (not us) are supposed to start getting court appointments early December. That is good news.

Will we have to wait until February to submit? We don't know yet so we are plugging along as if we can submit in December. We are so so so close. Just waiting on immigration and then we have to retype a few papers once we know what to put on them. But as for our part it could be done in a 24 hour period so really we are just waiting on not one but TWO governments to give us the go!!! That would make you think it's hopeless :) In reality as it stands now at worst it is just a delay of a few months. At best they accept us in December. As long as my son is in the orphanage a few months is alot harder on us then him. If he were to get moved to the institution then that would be pretty traumatic. So as you leave today's post please ask God's favor and mercy on our son to stay where he is until God opens the doors wide for us to go get him!!

I just had to add that we have had the most amazing intercession in our adoptions and God has always been so kind to us working through so many unexpected problems. We know that your prayers make a difference and we thank you for them.
